Lively West Country Ceilidh band
Freedom Fields Ceilidh Band met at the many Folk Sessions around the pubs of South Devon and came together as a band for the Freedom Fields festival in Plymouth. They were immediately booked for additional events and have since gone on to be one of the busiest ceilidh bands across the South West.
They performs for many types of event including weddings, festivals, fundraising gigs and parties. The band’s repertoire draws upon a rich heritage of traditional folk music, featuring a wide selection of infectious Irish, Scottish and English folk tunes to get you moving on the dance floor.
The multiple fiddle lineup gives the band a unique soaring and joyful sound perfect for celebrations and happy gatherings of any kind.
