Phil Berthoud is a highly experienced musician, teacher (Fiddle, Acoustic Guitar, Mandolin, Ukulele), composer and prolific author of fiddle, guitar and mandolin books.
He’s played with many bands over the years in London, Brighton and Devon, and as well as forming a part of the core Freedom Fields lineup, he performs regularly with the folk duo Rhillig and as a solo guitarist.
Phil has had a number of instruction books and music collections published (mostly by American publisher Mel Bay) on fiddle, mandolin and guitar playing, which are available internationally from his online shop.
